I'm a San Francisco-based writer and copyeditor. My work has covered fashion, film, and personal essays. I also write about women's rights, culture, dating & relationships, and food.

I work in communications at 826 Valencia, where I own our content calendar, newsletters, and blog. Additionally, I support all internal and external communications, including publications, partnerships, and events. I was on the editorial board for the Spring 2024 Quarterly publication, and I tutor in our creative writing programs.

In a previous life, I was an in-house stylist, writer, and editorial assistant at Stitch Fix and a blog writer for Anomalie Bridal, where I helped build the brand's Voice & Tone Guide. In all these roles, including my current one, I’ve written, edited, and formatted blog posts and articles with SEO optimization using CMS software like WordPress, and I’ve cross-collaborated to create and curate supporting imagery and visuals.

Besides executive-producing and directing at Pocket Pictures, I also wrote and edited scripts, interviews, copy, pitches, the company slogan, and more. Most notably, I directed the video for SF Pride 2021, which played at the SF Giants Stadium (Oracle Park) in lieu of the annual parade due to the pandemic.

I write personal essays for Business Insider, and my poetry has been featured in the science-driven literary journal Consilience. I was awarded an honorable mention in the WOW! Q4 2023 CNF Essay Contest, and most recently, a Poet and Author Fellowship at the Martha's Vineyard Institute of Creative Writing. I also write fiction, creative nonfiction, and flash memoirs.

Across these organizations and projects, I've worked in fast-paced environments while managing competing deadlines. I’ve conceptualized, pitched, and executed in my roles as writer, director, and producer, working with brands such as Samsung, Specialized Bicycles, Adobe, Google, and more.
